Hello!

My name is Philip Walsh.
I am based in London, England.

Thank you for visiting my website.  I wanted to build a website that encapsulates my past work experience, skills and also my achievements.

As you read through my website, you will get to know more about who I am and, how I deliver for my stakeholders.

"Whilst at Elavon I had the pleasure of working with Philip on multiple occasions. I was always thoroughly impressed with his attention to detail, and his absolute focus on providing the best service and experience for the customer.

This was reflected in his team's attitude as well, and was a testament to Philip as a leader. Great professional and lovely guy to work with."

These are the Core Values and Behaviours that I live by

Do the right thing

In tough times, it can seem easier and better to do things that overwhelmingly benefit me more than others.  However, by having this core value, I am focused on doing the right thing and ensuring that I make balanced and informed decisions.

Power potential

I don't believe that micromanaging team members can power potential.  If anything, it can result in dampening potential.  I power potential by setting clear expectations, being on hand to offer help, guidance and reassurance as needed.

Stay one step ahead

It can be all too easy to rest on one's laurels.  I prefer to put my best foot forward, complete the task to a high standard and move on to the next one.

Draw strength from diversity

Without diversity, it would be like managing a team of clones.  That's restrictive and only fills the room with "Yes" people. Having a diverse team leads to better creativity, rigorous challenging of the norms and personal self-development.

Put people first

How can I help ensure that my team is healthy, happy and that they either want to remain working with me for a long time or how can I help them to get that next promotion?

Be kind

In today's modern, fast-paced society, we are faced with many challenges.  Being kind to others brings people together in the workplace and helps to cement the values and behaviours together.
